The new RIDASCREEN Chloramphenicol (R1511)  is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of chloramphenicol in milk, milk powder, dairy products, honey and royal jelly, meat, fish, shrimp, eggs, urine (also chloramphenicol glucuronide), plasma/serum and feed. The test kit contains all reagents required for the enzyme immunoassay.

This new RIDASCREEN Chloramphenicol replaces the former RIDASCREEN Chloramphenicol test kit (Art. No. R1505) as well as the RIDA Chloramphenicol column (Art. No. R1508) and offers several advantages.

  • Improved sensitivity and recovery
  • All detection limits below MRPL
  • Extensive validation data including detection capability
  • Short test implementation of 45 min only
  • All reagents are ready-to-use
  • Less pipetting through functionalized microtiter plate
  • Simple sample preparation even of complex matrices, e.g. of honey w/o IAC or SPE column
  • High cross reactivity to chloramphenicol glucuronide enables direct analysis of urine samples w/o sample preparation
  • No cross reactivity to fenicols with MRLs such as Florfenicol and Thiamphenicol
  • Broad range of analyzable matrices: milk, milk powder, dairy products, honey and royal jelly, meat, fish, shrimp, eggs, urine, plasma/serum and feed
  • Easy calculation of results with RIDASOFT Win
  • Spiking solution available (Art. No. R1599)
  • Automated walk-away test implementation by immunoassay analyzer such as ChemWell

Enrich and detect CTCs of prostate cancer from blood

Agricultural Sciences / Agro-Food

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) constitute a useful approach for personalized medicine. In prostate cancer, the expression of three tumor-associated transcripts, prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), are often altered and used as biomarkers.
