RIDASCREEN FAST Vitamin B12 is an enzyme immunoassay for the fast determination of vitamin B12 in milk, milk powder, food for special medical purpose, grain and cereals, fortified flour, vitamin powder, -mixture, -tablets, and vitamin juice using a simplified sample preparation.

Benefits:

  • Efficient: RIDASCREEN FAST Vitamin B12 shares the identical sample buffer and sample preparation procedure with the new RIDASCREEN FAST Folsäure (Folic Acid) (which will be launched soon), therefore only one sample weigh-out, one easy and fast sample preparation are required for two analyses (Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid).
  • Convenient: Milk and juice samples can be inserted directly on the microtiter plate, depending on the vitamin content
  • Complete: All reagents required for the enzyme immunoassay  - including standards - are contained in the test kit
  • Fast: Generate results in less than 1 h
  • Safe: No toxic chemicals (cyanides) required for the determination of total vitamin B12 content
  • Precise: Reproducible and quantitative results with high sensitivity
  • Validation data available
  • Easy data evaluation: RIDA Soft Win

Multiplicom is proud to launch Clarigo™, a new CE-IVD1 non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT). This highly accurate blood test will enable genetic analysis laboratories to detect the presence or absence of major chromosomal abnormalities such as trisomy 21 (Down’s syndrome), 18 (Edwards’ syndrome) and 13 (Patau syndrome), in the fetus, as early as in the first trimester of pregnancy by analysis of the fetus’s DNA in the maternal blood.

The study of RNA has evolved from the simplicity of the central dogma of molecular biology. There are now multiple known noncoding RNA species that directly regulate gene expression. To truly understand gene expression, exploring regulatory RNA, such as miRNA and lncRNA, is the key.
