September 24, 2018Edible oils and fats belong to the most abundant cooking ingredients and they are rarely consumed in their pure form. With a long experience in fat and oil analysis, Metrohm offer various standard-compliant methods that include the following:
- Determination of Crucial quality parameters such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA), peroxide number, Iodine value and many other parameters by automatic titration
- Determination of Water content by coulometric Karl Fischer titration according to AOAC 954.20 and ISO 8534
- Oxidation stability by the 892 Professional Rancimat in accordance to the AOCS standard.
