The new product line includes kits for raw, cooked and thermally processed meat protein:

1. ELISA-TEK™ raw: Qualitative determination of animal species content in uncooked meat, poultry, meat products, eggs and milk. ELISA-TEK™ raw is available for beef, pork, poultry sheep and horse, or a combination of these, in a 96 well ELISA format.

2. ELISA-TEK™ cooked: Qualitative determination of animal species content in cooked meat (up to 120 °C). ELISA-TEK™ cooked is available for beef, pork, poultry, sheep, horse and deer, or a combination of these, in a 96 well ELISA format. ELISA-TEK™ cooked is referenced in the USDA-FSIS Microbiology Lab Guidebook.

3. MELISA-TEK™: Qualitative determination of ruminant or pork content in highly processed animal feed (temperatures exceeding 133 °C and 3 bars (300 kPa) of pressure). MELISA-TEK™ is available for the detection of 1 % ruminant and pork bone meal content in feed (0.1 % when using the MELISA-TEK™ Ruminant High Sensitivity Extraction Kit).

4. EZ PANGASIUS™: Rapid field test for the positive identification of pangasius in raw and cooked filet, requiring no specialized equipment.
