High-throughput next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies continue to provide a wealth of sequence information, resulting in significant advances and new discoveries in a wide range of research areas.
To enhance your specific NGS-based research and help you achieve your goals, QIAGEN has developed the broadest portfolio of dedicated NGS target enrichment, library preparation and single cell solutions: the QIAseq product family, including the QIAseq Targeted DNA Panels, QIAseq Targeted RNA Panels and now the newly released QIAseq® Multimodal Panels
The New QIAseq® Multimodal Panels-Multiple insights from a single extraction

  • The ONLY single consolidated workflow for DNA + RNA library prep using Total Nucleic Acids as input
  • Operational efficiency driven by a streamlined workflow for the analysis of DNA + RNA
  • Detect low-frequency variants confidently by incorporating Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs)
  • Reduce index hopping and read mis-assignment with Unique Dual Indices (UDIs)
  • Pre-built NGS data analysis workflows for multi-variant detection
  • Detect both known and novel fusions
  • Cover GC-rich regions such as CEBPA very efficiently

Cubis®High-Capacity Micro Balances: Weigh Minimum Amounts of Sample Directly into Heavy Flasks

Molecular Biology

With a unique resolution of up to 60 million divisions and a readability of 1 μg, the new high-capacity Cubis® MSA66S micro-analytical balances feature a maximum capacity of 61 g.
Based on this high weighing capacity, you will no longer need to transfer samples and can weigh minimum amounts directly into relatively heavy containers, such as long-necked flasks or HPLC bottles, saving an extra step in your procedure, ensuring that you can use 100% of your sample.

Molecular Biology

Flow cytometry is a popular laser-based technology to analyze the characteristics of cells or particles. It is predominantly used to measure fluorescence intensity produced by fluorescent-labeled antibodies detecting proteins, or ligands that bind to specific cell-associated molecules such as propidium iodide binding to DNA.
