Reveal the dynamic nature of cell surface protein expression by quantifying and visualizing in real-time with theIncuCyte® Live-Cell Analysis System.

Compatible with mouse test antibodies, the new IncuCyte® Mouse IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b FabFluor-488 Antibody Labeling Reagents empower researchers to perform kinetic cell surface marker analysis–to follow protein regulation and differentiation all from inside your incubator.

This solution offers several advantages compared to conventional imaging or flow cytometry methods that pose challenges when evaluating the long-term protein dynamics and distribution in living cells.

  • Single-step antibody labeling and a 96/384-well mix-and-read protocol

  • Automated acquisition

  • Integrated image analysis

  • End-to-end workflow that yields robust kinetic data suitable for analysis of cell surface expression.

  • Measurements are easily validated with images and movies.

Whether you are interested in the dynamic measurements of population changes over time or therapeutic profiling of antibody binding in the biologics discovery process, the  IncuCyte® Mouse IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b FabFluor-488 Antibody Labeling Reagents can help you turn science into solutions!

Thermometric titration-can you feel the heat?

Thermometric titration-can you feel the heat?

Anatomy - Pathology / Cell Biology

Thermometric titration is fast, simple to use, rugged, versatile and unique.
In thermometric titration, the temperature change during a chemical reaction is used for the endpoint detection. This temperature change takes place only while the titrant reacts with the analyte. This makes endpoint detection very easy!
Consequently, the thermometric titrator is the ideal solution for difficult samples with complex matrices that cannot be titrated potentiometrically.
